Snaily Games is looking for dedicated Game Support Contributors to help shape and manage our FiveM® gaming communities. Are you passionate about the community, and do you want to be part of the engine behind our players’ experience? This is your chance to join the team.

As a Contributor, you are the face and guide of our community. You don’t just “work” here; you contribute to the growth of a high-end ecosystem.

• Host & Guide: You welcome (new) players and help them understand the ropes of our world.
• Ticket Master: You provide support through our ticket system, resolving issues and answering community questions.

Requirements:

• You are at least 18+ is preferred (16+ requires parental consent during onboarding).
• You are fluent in Dutch (writing & speaking)
  • Pre: You are fluent in English (writing & speaking)
• You need to be an active member of our community
• You have a unmatched passion for FiveM®

Nice-to-have:

• Prior support / moderator / admin experience with other communities
• Prior experience with (Discord) support / ticket systems
• Prior experience with the FiveM® plugins: vMenu, txAdmin & EasyAdmin
