At Team Snaily, the security of our customers and the integrity of our infrastructure are our highest priorities. We are committed to transparency, privacy, and active collaboration with the security community.

Infrastructure & Data Protection

  • Encryption in Transit: All data sent to and from our services is encrypted using TLS 1.2/1.3. We employ HSTS to ensure browsers interact with Team Snaily only over secure HTTPS connections.

  • Secure Infrastructure: Our platform runs on world-class cloud providers (including Cloudflare) with active DDoS protection, Web Application Firewalls (WAF), and automated threat detection.

  • Data Privacy (GDPR): We are a European-based company and strictly adhere to the GDPR. Your data is yours. We do not sell data to third parties.

Abuse Policy & Link Safety

We operate a URL shortening service (snai.ly) for legitimate business use. We have a Zero Tolerance Policy for phishing, spam, and malware distribution.

  • Active Scanning: All links are scanned against major threat intelligence feeds (Google Safe Browsing, etc.) before redirection.

  • Reporting Abuse: If you encounter a suspicious link using our domain, please report it immediately to [email protected]. We aim to disable malicious links within 1 hour of a verified report.

Coordinated Vulnerability Disclosure (CVD)

We welcome the help of security researchers and the community to improve the security of our systems. If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please report it to us. Out of scope: DoS/DDoS attacks, social engineering / phishing of our employees, automated scanner reports without a valid proof of concept.

  • Email your findings to: [email protected]
  • (Optional) Use our PGP Key to encrypt sensitive information.
  • Please provide enough detail to reproduce the issue (PoC).

Our Promise:

  • We will respond within 5 business days.
  • We will not take legal action against you if you act within the boundaries of this policy.
  • We will mention your name in our Hall of Fame (upon request) after the issue is resolved.
  • Note: We do not offer financial bug bounties at this time.
