Snaily Games is looking for dedicated Vehicle & 3D Asset Development Contributors to bring the NLPDFR FiveM® fleet and world to life. Are you passionate about high-detail vehicle conversions, optimizing polycounts, and creating immersive visual assets for emergency services? As a Development Contributor focusing on 3D and vehicles, you directly shape the look, feel, and performance of NLPDFR. You don’t just tweak models; you build the tools and vehicles our community uses every day.

• Vehicle & Fleet Crafting: You configure, convert, and detail Dutch emergency and civilian vehicles for FiveM® (ELS/Non-ELS, liveries, lighting, and handling setups).
• 3D Asset Creation & Optimization: You create or adapt custom 3D models and props using Blender or ZModeler3, ensuring optimal texture budgets and polycount optimization (LODs).
• Technical Asset QA: You test vehicle physics, meta files (vehicles.meta, carvariations.meta), and bugfix visual glitches alongside our core development team.

Requirements

• You are at least 18+ is preferred (16+ requires parental consent during onboarding).
• Demonstrated experience with Blender and/or ZModeler3 specifically applied to GTA V / FiveM®.
• Solid understanding of FiveM vehicle structure, meta files (handling.meta, vehicles.meta, carvariations.meta), and texture mapping.
• Ability to optimize assets (draw calls, polycounts, LOD generation, YTD texture budgeting) to maintain high server performance.
• You are fluent in Dutch or English (writing & speaking).
• You are an active member of our community with an unmatched passion for FiveM® and realistic roleplay fleets.

Nice-to-have

• Experience with Dutch emergency service vehicle setups (striping/liveries, specific lightbars, interior equipment).
• Basic understanding of Git / GitHub workflows for asset tracking.
• Prior development or contributor experience in other FiveM® communities.
• Familiarity with Discord and basic community issue tracking.
