Age Requirements & Consent
In accordance with global digital safety standards (like GDPR):
Minimum Age: Users must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
Guardian Approval: For users between 13 and 16, we strongly encourage parental involvement. By allowing your child to use our services, you agree to our Terms of Service on their behalf.
Verification: If we discover an account created by someone under 13, we will move to delete the data immediately.
Privacy & Control
We don’t “harvest” data. We collect only what is necessary like Discord IDs for authentication or basic analytics to improve the experience.
No Selling Data: We never sell your child’s information to third parties.
Account Deletion: You or your child can request total data deletion at any time. We believe the user should always own their digital footprint.
